I've heard a few things about these, I don't recall exactly what the procedure was. BUT I have also heard that the reset chips etc are virtually impossible to get. (may have been a lottery terminal) but I've heard and Googled these and heard many have turned then into boat anchors and offed em.. Good luck. Google the model number and reset procedure..
